- Remote online software help (if internet connection is available)
- Annual preventive maintenance (travel included)
- Wear parts (costs for transport included)
- Software updates (electronic delivery only)
- Emergency breakdown visits
- Spare parts (costs for transport included)
- Software upgrades (electronic delivery only)
- Valid for 1 afterloader and for 1 year

Warranty
Replacement of defective device parts for up to 1 year after installation according to date of service protocol or 18 months after delivery date according to air waybill, whichever is earlier and phone and e-mail support from our application specialists and service engineers.
Does not include preventive maintenance.
Valid for Eckert & Ziegler BEBIG and Mick Radio-Nuclear Instruments, Inc. products.
