nique Configuration: The X-Ray Markers are designed with a unique configuration of radiopaque tags and spacers with a length of 5 mm or 10 mm. Tags and spacers serve as a ruler to measure distances on X-ray images. With two different combinations of tags and spacers, it is possible to have two distinct rulers at the same time.
Simplified Treatment Planning: X-Ray Markers simplify treatment planning by identifying the needles and applicators and the potential source positions. The sets are essential tools for interstitial
brachytherapy (SET0030) as well as for intraluminal, intraoperative and intracavitary brachytherapy treatments (SET0032, SET0033).
Different Lengths and Applications: With a length of 325 mm, the X-Ray Markers of SET0030 can be used with all Eckert & Ziegler BEBIG needles. The X-Ray Markers of SET0032, which have a length of 1430 mm, are designed to be used with the universal applicators LAA1400-RU and LAA1400-GYN. The 1230 mm long X-Ray Markers of SET0033 are intended for use with the universal applicator LLA1200-20.
